A. Franklin Photography is a gentle space dedicated to capturing life as it truly unfolds. Here, photography is not just about images — it is about feeling, memory, and presence.
My journey with photography began in São Paulo, Brazil, where I studied at the Museum of Modern Art (MAM). After years away from the camera, motherhood brought me back — with a deeper sense of meaning and intention.
Approach
Each session is designed with care, allowing real moments to happen naturally. From the quiet beginnings of newborn days to the soft rhythm of family life, everything is documented with a calm and timeless approach.
I photograph families with a mix of gentle direction and documentary patience, looking for the gestures that will still feel true decades from now.
